The construction road work will continue with very little change for the upcoming week in the Broad and Main Street area, but here is a breakdown.

1.  Work will be ongoing on Broad Street for the entire week with police moving the traffic through the area – although it will be slow going.

2.  The intersections of West and East Silver Streets will see continued work on both water lines and gas lines in the area for at least the first part of the week and police officers will continue to provide guidance to the traffic.

3.  Main Street and Meadow Street will remain closed from Main Street to Miller Street during the daytime hours, until the water work is done, hopefully by the end of the week. Meadow Street will reopen to two-lanes of traffic in the evening.

4.  Yale Street will be closed allowing only local traffic Tuesday through Friday due to local construction.

5.  On Monday, Dennis Street will be closed allowing only local traffic so that work can be completed on the water lines as they are tied into the main supply lines.
