Noble VNA and Hospice, located in Westfield, will be hosting the Bob Andras, Jr. Memorial Golf Tournament on September 13^th, at the East Mountain Country Club.  Some of the proceeds will help fund our hospice programs, including the children’s bereavement program.  Even if you are not a golfer, we have several sponsorship and donation opportunities for you to show your support!  You would be helping the Andras family, our Hospice programs, and other families in the area.

Shotgun starts at 12:00p.m with a four person scramble format.  We welcome Foursomes and Singles of all abilities.

The $125.00 per participant fee includes greens fees, cart, lunch and dinner.  Pre-registration is required and payment must be received by Monday, September 6^th.  Teddy Bear Pools and Spas also has an exciting Hole-in-One prize of a $3500 pool or spa package.  Raffles and other prizes will also be awarded.

Birdie – $300

Two players, golf cart, greens fee, lunch, dinner, tees sponsorship, cart sponsorship and recognition in the program.

Par – $175

One player, golf cart, greens fee, lunch, dinner, tees sponsorship, cart sponsorship and recognition in the program.

Tee/Hole Sponsor – $100

Company or individual name displayed at tee/hole as sponsor.

Cart Sponsor – $50

Company or individual name displayed on cart as sponsor.

Dinner Only – $30
