The Seat Weaver has been selected by the Harriet Beecher Stowe museum in Hartford, CT to replace the caning on an 1870 Hooker family office chair.  Mark officially finished the re-caning and the chair has been returned to the museum, but you can still see samples of his work in their beautiful shop located at 24 Arnold Street.  In addition, The Seat Weaver carries original handmade gifts created by local artisans, so stop in and browse the selection, you’ll be amazed at what you can find!
